To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 24 hours prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day.

A local delivery Service fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address.
(For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this Service fee may vary.)

Orders must be received before 3:00 p.m daily and 12:00 noon on Saturday, in the recipient's time zone to help assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at a specific time of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
In order, to have your gift scheduled at a specific time, please call the shop for availability.

We are not opened Sundays, orders requesting delivery on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed, without proper location information.

We do not accept international orders.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Delivery to Hospitals:

When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and the correct name of the recipient.

Princess Flowers & Boutique will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms.

Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers.

University Hospital of Northern British Columbia has strict guidelines, that we and all florists must abide by.

Recipient Not Home

It is Princess Flowers policy to contact ALL recipients before delivery.

If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field.

In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when we attempt a delivery, they will either:

  • Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time.
  • Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance). This is weather permitting and whether the delivery driver deems it safe to leave.
  • Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information

Substitutions:

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

We also deliver to the following facilities:

  • University Hospital of Northern British Columbia
  • Assmans Funeral Home
  • Lakewood Funeral Home
  • Prince George Funeral Chapel
